it hurts... but hey...
huhuhu it really hurts... my lips are really swelling and it even has wounds... this is one of the negative sides in our field, bcoz of being daily exposed to the aircon, our lips usually suffer from wind burn... but stills that won't stop us from what we are doing, for what we are here for, to share our knowledge and to teach people not to be afraid of computers..to make them competitive... to make them proud of themselves and say it to the whole world that "Hey! I know how to use COMPUTER!"... ;-) to all my fellow TULAY trainors out there, be inspired and also inspire others.. God Bless us all!

Unbelievable...
I'm tired of this problem... It has always been this way... they never understood, they never listen, they never look at the big picture.. I jost hope that sometime they will realize...

TULAY Project [OWWA-RWO6]
Hi guyz!
This is a video of the MOA signing and launching of the TULAY Project at the OWWA-RWO6. If you will look closely you will actually see me in this video.. Watch and be encouraged to enroll for the Microsoft Unlimited Potential Courses of the TULAY Project.
This is me...
I am Phillip John B. Parel. Born in Iloilo City, on the 20th day of September. I live at Villa Amelia Subdivision, Buntatala, Leganes, Iloilo. 21 years of age, I am a graduate of BS Information Technology from Western Visayas College of Science and Technology. Currently I am an instructor/trainor of the Microsoft TULAY Project - Region 6 and my set of students are either OFW or OFW relatives.
I have always been the type of person that people will think that I am a bit snubbish or doesn't care much to his surrounding, in which they're actually wrong. I actually just the type of person that who would rather prefer to listen first before talking much, the quiet type. I always take time to listen to everybody's expression of ideas before I would try to share my side. It takes time for me to gain my trust, but I am always willing to befriend others.
The truth about it, I always said to myself that of all the jobs that I would experience, I really don't want to teach. But what happened is that, teaching became my first profession. At first I was very nervous coz I thought to myself "can i do this?"... As i said earlier, I am the quiet type and now this, teaching will require me to keep on talking. But what happened later on since I had my first day of job as a trainor, I learned to love my work. It is heart-warming for me to know that people are very happy and appreciative with the opportunity and the knowledge they received from me as their trainor. So now, what drives me most teach these set of people is not just about the salary from work, not just the opportunity of being around the people, but the drive to help and inspire others to never give up to learn in the fields of technology.
Microsoft TULAY Trainors Training (Day 1)
hi guys!
Today is the first day of our training here in the OWWA Center Pasay.. Together with my fellow trainors from different regions around the country, we learned how to create our own blog using the Blogger.com. After creating our own blog, we were able to familiarize the use of Google Earth and Google Map Maker. It is a good experience for us coz this will eventually help us to learn more about internet and hopefully we will be able to transfer this knowledge to our students from different regions in order to help them develop their skills and to build their confidence of having a better future in their own fields with the use of this new technologies.. thanks to our speaker Mr. Jayvee Fernandez, hopefully this will not be the last time that we will learn something from him..
So guys, most especially our OFWs in Region6 or even their relatives,to those who want to learn about these specific topics that I mentioned please feel free to come to the OWWA-RWO6 and I will teach you how to do it..
God Bless Everyone! ;-)
